hmmm... interesting. here in the great state of mississippi you dont even have to have a title. $25 for a trailer tag. all you need is a bill of sale

Great thing here in Ma. is I no give a **** about a trailer and neither do the police!!

I bought my new trailer in 04 and it is all leagle but I have never had a plate on it yet!
I hate were they have the bracket and just leave it under the seat!!

No one has ever said a thing!!

The old trailer never had a title, and all you do here is say that it is a home made trailer and you are good to go!

I would say here in Ma. every 1 in 5 trailers are illegal in one way or another!!

Responce from the seller:

I honestly don't know. I bought the boat planning on fixing it up over the winter but the wife says H..l No. So the boat has got to go. I know there's a new steering cable and some outdrive work was recently done (sorry don't know what kind of work).

This guy keeps advoiding the question if the motor runs or not. *???

Here is the responce I got

It's the 4 cylinder chevy, 130 hp. I don't know if it runs or not. I just bought it with plans to fix it up over the winter, but the wife says no.

My guess is that it doesn't run at all, you buying boat only.

Be a nice set up for a bracket, but those brackets are big bucks on E-Bay.

Its been said before, go to your local mariner and see if they have a take off??
Look in the paper, boat books, put a ad in Crigslist asking for one.

They can be had cheap but you have to look for them!! There is a member here that has been hording one for well over a year now!!
He has made comment that he may let it go?

You think the bracket is expensive, now buy something to hang on the bracket.
