T R O U T S L A M!!! 5-15-07

man, my dad and i absolutely SLAMMED the trout today!!! we landed 58 trout. 17 were undersized so that left us a total of 41 keepers that weighed in at 71 lbs!!!!!!! 2 of the trout were just under 4 lbs each. AWESOME DAY!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

and yes, i know i need to clean my boat! been fish'n to hard to worry about it!

buddy of mine fished smugglers cove all mornin thursday with only three fish to show for it. when leavin he saw some birds divin off the point so he pulled in and ABSOLUTELY slammed 'em. said he had him about 50 in the boat in an hour or so.

meanwhile i been bustin my tail tryin to get the parrot in the water for the rodeo. hard to decide wich one of you i hate more,lol.

ACTUALLY I DID'NT MENTION THAT I HAD A FRIEND OF MINE WITH US BUT HE ONLY CAUGHT A COUPLE AND THAT ALLOWED US TO KEEP THE 40 FISH. NOW, THIS MORNING IT WAS JUST ME AND MY DAD AND WE ONLY CAUGHT 19 KEEPERS.

plan was to go out tomorow but, when i rolled my paint yesterday, it fish eyed like mad. so now i am sanding her down to try and fix. maybe next weekend.

unless, i build a small fire out back. then when you guys get here, i'll just hand y'all some sandpaper!
