Spare's been workin' his a$$ off on this motor...overheat-GONE...T & T leak-GONE...surging-GONE....she was runnin SO SWEET...before...

The cause...

Lower unit puked at speed and cracked the case...or the case cracked, exchanged lube for water and THEN it PUKED it's innards...one of those things you never see comin'...that crack's nastier than Snookie!!...:cen:

Time for Plan B...

Sorry to hear what happened, that sucks. If there is an upside, it was just the lower unit, not the block.

Never post a new boat on the rope. Bad ju ju. You have to talk to her Reel nice now to get her to come around. Really sucks about the lower.

That sucks Reel, look on the bright side, when I first saw the "after" pic, I thought you cracked the transom.
