Info on Manatee Boats

Hi All long time since my last post ..just seems to be less and less time to do the tkings we love,,, anyway I seen a nice looking 1985 19' Manatee boat for sale the other day I never seen one up close before and i liked the lines on the hull,, it has lap board style hull with a sweeping v like the V20 So just wondering if you guys have any info on these boats they have not been made for years I just dont know how well build they are...THANKS Guys

Good solid boats from what I remember

I 've had two. They are a heavy well riding boat. They were prone to the same problems all boats from that vintage. Soft floors and rotten transoms. They used alot of fiberglass, and are big for their respective sizes.
