i don't know how it works where ya'll are, but it fl, most homeowners ins is a $10,000 deductible. and no water damage coverage unless you have optional flood ins. i just had my ins cancelled because of 2 trees too close to the house, so i spent $4300 having 6 taken out and they still refused to re-enstate me. i hate ins companies. it is hard to deal with them when they make up the rules.
