Wish you were closer Willy, I could have had you one STRONG EVINRUDE hanging off teh back by now if you had her down here. A cross breed of a few different years can build one bad A$$ EVINRUDE that aint that bad on fuel. An 86-87 block bored out to use 93+ fingerport pistons with fingerports added in along with 86-92 heavy rods and a 93+ crank to retain your mid and lower, then top it all off with the late model 250 carbs and intakes would give you one HEALTHY 2 stroker(300HP+). Or a stock 88-91 engine with a 93+ crank and 96+ 225 carbs would be a reliable tough engine.
