:sand:

I love that sh!t. Had a built full size Blazer I did the same stuff with, a little steeper though, but not as muddy.
Very cool, what rig were you in Dave?

I didn't realize I had a fellow wheeler on here, and your in Goose Creek too!! Nice! Are you going to the big gulches run in July?

I've been invited to a JP Photoshoot the end of this month in Uwharrie with a small group.

I was riding in what ever rig I could get a seat in. Willy, that was a lot steeper than it looks, I walked up and down one washout about four times helping other rigs out one night(night wheeling is a blast)Don't know about the gulches yet. Bruce, are you on the GDI4X4 site, go devil, jduck and tigweld are good friend of mine? I don't have a rig yet, I have a pair of CUCV axles, a 465/205, a pair of seats and a propane set up. Just collecting parts right now, hope to strike an arc this fall. The Korean war area Jeep with the tons under it is my friend Mark Googer, he builds T-Tops for a living, so I'm in good hands on the fab part. I've got several motors to chose from right now. I'm thinking SB400 with a set of GM fast burn aluminum heads, may even try a different crank in it to make a 421

BTW, the power wagon is named Elmo, its been on the Top Truck Challenge on the outdoor channel. He used to run 54" tires, but showed up with 49"s. He fliped that thing over backwards twice that weekend, we rolled him back over and he kept on going

btw, the chassis on Elmo extends fwd with hydraulic cylinders, great for when you need that extra reach

I mentioned the gulches, but I think everybody stuff needs repairs from Hale. We'll see. I ordered a clocked adapter for my 465/205 today from jeds. Expecting two week delivery. I'm building one piece at a time
