Introducing the NEW Box 7.5
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0706.jpg
Chances of me havin' a boat to take to the beach this year are lookin' pretty slim...we leavin' Mon so I decided better put something together...the old wagon will have to do...gonna be fishin' a good 2 miles from the house, so gotta be prepared...
Ample fish-cooler space, angled rod-holders, attached filet- knife and cast-net...
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0720.jpg
Bow-mounted drink-holders...field-tested for beer...can only speculate they'll also work for water, sports drinks and the like...the 7.5 spec is w/tow-handled fully extended...
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0709.jpg
Cast-net box hangs on the transom of the craft...
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0718.jpg
Cutting-board and knife a MUST
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0715.jpg
Cutting-board hinged on top of net box via two nylon straps
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0714.jpg
Plenty of leftover space for tackle-boxes and more carefully considered stuff...all riding on soft, deep sand tested tires (I pulled the kids across these same sand-dunes on theses same tires 20 years ago) the Box-7.5 is fully equipped for a day's fishing!!...
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/reelapeelin/DSCN0710.jpg
Since these pics, I've added bucket, beach chair and umbrella....any suggestions of what more needs to be added to the Box-7.5 from all you guys who've spent countless hours shore fishing will be appreciated...

Looks good REEL....I love surf fishin.
I always like a loop of rope through the handle to let me get out front a little more so I dont run over my heels with the cart.
If I were gonna be down there when you are I'd have taken you out on my V.

Very cool!! I like it!!!
I think it gets miles per beer MPB not MPG unless he is drinking rum.
Great setup...I have spent MANY hours surf fishing...nothing like it. Now all you have to do is mount a 50 lb kid onboard and see what it will be like hauling that huge Lunker Bass.

That is what I was going to say, hook up a sled dog harness to the pup and you will be golden.
Surf fishing was one of my fav's, still is.
Good luck on your trip, Oh is she named Reelapeelin II

Great fishing cart REEL! I sure could have used one of them years ago (before boats) when I fished the Cape Cod Canal. Why didn't I ever think of something like that is beyond me. So simple and so very functionable. Way to go..

Well, there is no doubt in my mind that with that Dexter/Russel knife set-up you are going first class all the way, so any suggestions I could make would only be minor things... like putting a hold down bungie on the rods so they don't bounce out at speed... Maybe a coat of paint for water protection? Things like that. That thing is awesome!!:clap:

I'm tired just thinking about it.
It crossed my mind as Tenchi suggested earlier to let the Lab be the motor...but then I got this mental U-Tube about a cat runnin' across the road ahead of her while strapped in...it'd make a good video, but wreck an otherwise good fishin' expedition...I did a test pull to see what would fall off and it's actually not too bad...a little exercise probably won't do too much harm...:zip:
