Skools Out V-20 sighting?

We were headed north from Oak Island yesterday. Somewhere around Willmington (I think) we saw a V-20, Skools Out, being trailered on 17N. Could it have been? One thing I immediately noticed is that it didn't have twin 225's, so it probably wasn't Schools himself :)

So, who was it?

Was even spelled "Skools Out", thought for just a second it coulda been. It was even in the right state.
