Ended up bringing home 3, wind was honking and really had the water messed up. Looking better today, leaving work and going again in a couple hours.

Just wanted you boys up north to know. Sunny, 80 degrees. :booty:

What do ya'll use down there in the warm, sunny southern regions??...trollin' mud-minnows, bumpin' off the bottom?...

Bull minnows or funger mullet are good but Ive gone just about completely to artificials in my inshore fishing. My favorite is GULPs. Ive seen flounder caught 10-1 on them over live. They love em.

Caught 3 more and about a 20" speck yesterday. Flounder still slow but its getting there. Another week or so.

I typically use a stainless steel shaft for best results. Inshore I use a fish finder rig with 12" leader and a mud minnow, but I don't usually do great. May try the Gulp.
