How much do you want for it. I have a Lowrance hand held, maybe it will fit it.

Thanks, Shicks, but I GOT ONE...don't NEED one... ;) ...appreciate your offer to go lookin', though...

Turbo...pretty sure there's no hook-up for this unit on your handheld and it probably wouldn't power it anyway...I'm gonna give it free to somebody who can use it, but just like to make sure it's useable B4 packin' and mailin' and stuff ;) ...if you're sure you can use it, I'll shoot it to ya ...

Hey Reel,
Sorry if this is hi-jacking the thread a bit. I just got my first GPS/FF unit ever (LCX-111c) .. and will install for spring. Does the separate antenna have to be mounted external ... or can I hide it away in the cuddy or elsewhere. I was reading over at THT ... that the antennas will work thru fiberglass ?? Brian

Brianct12...no, I would NOT tuck it away somewhere ...it NEEDS to be out in the open somewhere ...it comes w/ a mount, but I did not use ... here's where I put mine...outta the way, but open to the sky ...

....at the end of the slider track w/ the ''pancake'' flat down on the deck ...it'll need 5/8'' hole thru the deck to get the wire-plug thru and four holes for the screws to go thru... there's a rubber seal on the bottom of the pancake that'll keep all moisture, etc. out...this has worked well on mine since '99 ...

Hey RAP. I don't know if you've answered the question in the past or not; but what are the six flush mounts just inside your bow rail for? Snaggers?

Yup, they're Snaggers alright...there are 12 around the outside ...for cut-baitin' while anchored, down-lines and most of all, slow (elec. motor) trollin' live herring...

they've pretty much become standard issue for striper-fishin' around here... ;) ...

Reel,
Thanks for that info and photo - big help. I just took a look at my antenna - and it seems to have the same design as yours. 4 screws and seal around the bottom. Didnt want to use that pedestal that came with it. If mounting "pancake" works well for you - I'll do the same thing. Excellent !
