Well after being off work since June 30, 2010, I just worked out the deal to start working in Hagerstown, Md.
I will get the official word on Monday and then I have to go for a drug test and all.
After I get the official package, I will let everyone know what I will be doing.

hey parish, if i read your clue correctly, and i think i did...... i drove a truck for years before i hired on with the railroad. i loved it. nobody hanging over my shoulder. tired? find yerself a nice shade tree and snag a catnap. hungry? pull into a greasy spoon and dine on the country's finest bacon cheeseburgers. i loved looking at the country through the windshield. good money and some personal freedom. enjoy it. take advantage.

and if i read your clue wrong....... never mind.

If I read your clue correctly, you'll be driving a semi after several cold beers. Have another for me.

You guys got it all wrong... obviously he's gotten a job as a taste tester for a beer company. The truck thing is what they'll need to keep him supplied.

(I wonder if they have any more openings)? :sly:

I wish it was the taste tester job.

CTT is closest, but I won't be driving,
my new postiton takes place way before anyone even gets into a truck.

Thanks everyone, next week when I receive offical word of hire,
I will let everyone know the place.

Willy, I think the move will go good, I plan on renting for a while and
staying within the Pennsylvania border.
That make it so much easier, I won't have to transfer all my vehicles and license to Maryland.

Thnaks guys.

Yup, still summer in Lewes.
I already have my route planned and it looks like it will take the same amount of time from Hagerstown as it did from my current location.

Hi Parish,

Yeah, been away from the forum for a while, but started to miss you guys so I thought I'd check in to see how you all are doing ;-)

Hey, Hagerstown is a couple hours away from me (I live near Annapolis right next to the South River), but that said, if you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to drop me a note. My email address is [email protected]...
