Rub rail part help

Wondering if anyone knows where to get the plastic strip that goes under the rope that goes in the rub rail?
It is a plastic strip that keeps the screws from going through the rubber rub rail part, I think.

I looked online and at west marine but I can't find the strip that goes inside the rubber rail.
