I think he means on the site where is everybody that fishes? If so, we are all up and down the east coast, with a peppering of folks located on the left coast and even some up around the great lakes. We had a map at one time

You should just get married - she won't even talk to you any more. Then get a little boat that sips gas for your wallet so u can fish any time.
I conquered the first, now I'm working on the latter. :D

The problem is she wants to go, but when I do take her it like babysitting. Takes the fun right out of it for me when I have to cast, reel, take the hook out, and then she takes the credit because she has to hold the pole for at least a few seconds. When I go I want to relax and get away from things, not babysit. And don't mention the M word, that's the biggest B!TCH she has now. When when when when when, that's all I hear :'(.

I agree with MJ, and don't get married.
Everytime I want to put gas in the V, I get,
"but you just put gas in it last year" ::) ::)
But whenever we pass a shoe or ***elry store,
I use the same line on her, but it never works. :-/ :-/ :-/

Portland, OR - fish the Willamette, up & down the Columbia and sometimes just inside the bar at the mouth of the Columbia (called the Buoy 10 fishery) - mostly Salmon & Sturgeon. Also some coastal streams for Steelhead.
Now the V-20's fixed and running well - hope to hit the ocean next year for Salmon and Rockfish.
I went Dory fishing with a guy last year out of Pacific City where they launch off the beach - that's a hoot - Google Pacific City or Pacific Dory for a look. Check out the first four pic's in this link http://www.pbase.com/jeffm/pc2006
Other guys - Hangbelly is in Vancouver, WA across the Columbia and there are a couple of guys in CA who aren't on the map: Cliff? around SF and Tunahead in the far north.
Would be nice to update the map if there's other interest in it.

MJ sorry for the delay. I am in Falmouth about a mile from the harbor. I don't have my V20 in the water right now because I got a new boat. CHawk 222. It is tied up to the docks where the large blue hulled boats are.

When that dory comes down off that first wave, you gotta have your spine all lined up - it's like getting dropped from the 2nd story onto cement (with that flat bottom).
Those Dodges are pretty good - the one I pulled out with my Mitsubishi Montero had a nice hook under the front bumper to tie on to. ;D
Hey, my Dodge doesn't have a hook in the front ;D
2nd you live in Falmouth? I grew up @ 415 Marivista Ave until about 95 until my family sold the property. I had a 17ft Montalk, Whaler in Great Bay. Tons of good fishing around those parts ;)

Yea Sean, Vinyard Sound is a great place to teach your kids to fish. My daughter caught her first bonito the other day. I think you can tell she is happy.

It's about a 15 mile run to the beachfront from the house and then 10-15 miles to most of the nearshore drops. Even at that the water depth is only 25-30 foot.

30 minutes from PA border going west, an hour plus with traffic to the Big Apple. 45 minutes to Rartian Bay which is where I fish the salt the most, but I hit Manaquan Inlet and Barnegat Inlet at least a half dozen times a year with my buddy in Toms River and fish Barnegat Bay also.
I am a fishing / hunting vagabond and have stashes scattered about the country ;D
