View Full Version : Busy Week built 225 as well

i put this JohnnyRude together Thursday night build the power head last weekend and them found this old above water exhaust evinrude 200 mid-section and had this good johnson lower unit. so i built up this 225 hp beast. out of stuff laying around it sounds good too um.

here's the old 200 power head and hood which is locked up.

as you see i made room for it by installing one of the 225's off the fence on the 250 Wellcraft

how do you get all this stuff hanging around? Are people giving you the motors? Do you do Yamahas?

Nice work, I like the exhaust setup, I am thinking on bolting one on the 140 I am rebuilding to relieve back pressure... I see Bob's machine sells it...

i wish they gave them to me no i buy as i find cheap and in need of rebuilding. i'm currently out of yamaha's but looking for 3 yamaha 150 four strokes. i want one for my sea ox project and twins for my sea ray project. i have a couple mercs sitting in the way currently one is a 1996 Merc 150.
