It's blocking a cookie they attach so you can get back to the site quickly. Saves having to load the entire site again when you visit.
Not a popup, or virii.... Just annoying and certainly not welcome.

I cannot find any address on their site. Given the usage of the English language on the site, I'm not even sure it's in the US. Asia probably.

We have times that a bunch join up and I have to get rid of them. Then we have nothing for what seems forever.
Looks like this is are time again, I have got rid of about 6 in the last week, most post at night, Thank God I work graveyards. I get rid of most before you guys even see them.
