Quick question... Anyone know where to buy the side V20 step lift decals that were originally on either side right by the cockpit? Kinda looked like a great big V with a 20 inside and step lift below it. I'd photoshop it but I'm too lazy...<sigh> :head:

The third one down is exactly the one I was looking for. You're correct.. they are a bit pricey. I'll continue to look but thank you for the info. If I can't find anything less expensive I'll go there. Mega Thanks!!!

Great find.. 2 decals at $6 each is certainly better than 2 @ $26 each!!! Many thanks. I've already left them a message to call me.

Good stuff Tinker. You just saved our members a bunch of money, and hopefully got "JT" some well deserved business.

JT, JTinker, hmmm. Who cares, great looking decals at an outstanding price. I was looking at mine yesterday and after 19 years of being on the hull, they are still perfect. There is even a little tiny R with the circle around it (symbol for registered trademark) still on each side separate from the Wellcraft word and logo. I do have lettering on the hull above the gunwales and under the windshield though which says V-20 Steplift which could stand to be replaced.

Nipper, you're correct.. JT is Jim Tinker. Truthfully I could not care less.. he just saved me $37 plus dollars. The V20 steplift you are talking about are exactly the decals I want. I ordered them this morning, he shipped them this afternoon. Total price $13.95 including shipping. You cannot get better than that!!! I'll post before and after shots as soon as they arrive.

Sweet, the decals we need at a fraction of the price. Good thing I did not order the pricey ones yet (I am still knee-deep in the transom rebuild) I would be pissed! I am still a lot of work away from needing finishing details like decals but I will keep JT's site in mind.

Hey Destroyer, did JT have exactly the design or is he going to have to create them? You have a 1991? I have not seen other years have that same V 20 Steplift decal.

No, I have a 1978 V20. My 200 Jonnyrude is a 1991. The ones I ordered are the third ones down at this site:

My boat has them already, or at least, what remains of them.. they are so bad that you cannot see them anymore, just the glue residue on the gelcoat from when they were there. So I'm ordering a set to bring it back to original specs. He makes everything as it's needed.

OK, they arrived today in the mail, but it's been a hard day and I'm pooped... I'll take before and after pics and post them tomorrow. They look great. Great price, great turn around time.. what more could you want?

Decals-by-JT does really fine work. These are the laminated decals that will last more than twice as long as the regular ones. Great work at a fair price!!

Next up will be the boat name (Froggy) and graphic. Can't wait to see how that will turn out.. But first a trip to the local Marina for her annual tune up and new impeller. Damn.. I just might make that meet on the 17th after all.... :head:
