Here's another one that looks decent. Appears to be a factory optioned bracketed boat. I was droolin until I seen that it has the enclosed head, I want one with the quarters for 4. But I got a 250 that would go right on it.

It seems to be leaning? Also it has the side vents that a inboard would have. Is this the case with a factory bracketed boat?

Nice lookin boat. I gotta feeling that by the time this thing sells and you add a trailer, it may not be that great a deal. And 86' Yammie probably needs shift shaft.

yeah nice boat but could use a newer motor repower and yes all 248 and 250 boats had those vents. they were in all the hull caps for some reason.

Nice boat and some one will have to repower or at least fix a few things.
I fished off one of these for a few years, went off shore all the time Cod fishing, they ride great!!
I think it is a conversion, 1986 there were not a lot of brackets around, and this one just doesn't look factory. Who ever added it had a kicker mount added to the bracket also.
I wish we could move that seat and see whats behind it?

most likely it was a Sea-Drive boat like mine was.

I went to WELLCRAFTS website and in 86 a bracket with full swim platform was an option. The bracket beside the main engine I believe is the mount for the HYNAUTIC hydraulic steering ram, they didn't mount in the tilt tube like a seastar does. If it was the model with two quarter bunks I'd be all over it, but I have no need for a head in a boat that is only 25'. And the 86 200 YAMAHA would probably need upgrading shortly, sounds like a good one to hang my 250 on ;D.
