Big victory for you gun enthusiasts out there. I do not own one, don't like them, but think everyone has a right to own one if they want to. Supreme Court agrees and, today, struck down Chicago's 28 year old handgun ban.

In other words, the Supreme Court finally upheld what was granted to all law abiding citizens over 200 years ago.
Well at least they put it on paper.

Yea and that Two Legger Mayor Daly already told the press they are going to re-write the law to get around the decision.

I believe that these scum politicians who are knowingly violating the Constitution should be charged for violating the oath of office they take when elected.
Right up to the Sultan in office now, he literally is on video speaking to his constituents (meaning SEIU AFLCIO ACORN and other Communist run organizations) as saying he feels our Constitution is outdated and that he believes even FDR's so called second constitution where the government decrees rights did not go far enough.
We need to show them that the law of the land is the Constitution and not vote for anyone who does not defend it.

Well Nipper, if I see somebody robbing your house, I'll gladly exercise my Constitutional right. :bat:
Now that house that belongs to the anti-gun nut might be a different story. :booty:

Don't worry Nipper.. Criminals never attack people that don't have guns.. Only law abiding people that have guns attack other people.
Hmmmm... lets see... I have a 9mm Beretta, a .357 S&W revolver, a .45 Colt Combat Commander, a .357 Dan Wesson Revolver and a .44 cal Black Powder Navy Colt.... Not counting several long guns and 4 shotguns. I guess I must be one of those insane law abiding citizens that's going to suddenly go crazy and start shooting everyone. At least, to hear the Chicago police tell it, that's what's going to happen.

You misunderstand one thing though.... You said in your post that it's a big victory for us gun enthusants...and I suppose to some degree it is... but it's an even bigger victory for all American citizens.
