Playing devil's advocate here..... So, I'm a little confused... Did the mate hold the pole and crank the reel? If not, then he wasn't fishing. So why does he need a fishing license? The whole thing is absurd!! What a tragic waste to kill a beautiful animal like that for nothing. :cen:
