I have found and purchased a replacement outboard A 1999 Mercury 150 carbed Bluewater.
I bought from a guy that replaced this with a new Yamaha 4 stroke 150 it was on a skid at the marina until they found someone to buy it and I stopped to look there the other day see what they had. I talk to the owner and he bought new in 9/00 as a left over. I saw the repair person do the compression test 135 PSI plus or minus a couple of pounds all cylinders. I ended up paying 1750. for it I cant wait til get it rigged..........................

Ted - do you still have the 83? I might be interested if the price is right. I can also help with mounting.

Great deal, Blue!!...are you gonna rely on the auto-oiler or premix your gas??...I questioned my mechanic about the oil injection he said that the problems were ironed out, so I guess no more pre-mix for me..........
