removing outboard from transom? tips

trying to pull a 150 HP outboard from the transom but it seems stuck with what looks like 3M 5200. will it be necessary to pull the 4 bolts as well to remove the outboard? any tips?

Some motors get stuck on there pretty good with 5200, and the bolts also!! Drive the bolts out of the holes with a punch and hammer, the weight of the motor should break it free from the transom with a little help.
