I need a shift rod fixed in a yamaha 175..1993 25'.....can someone tell me a good place to go for an estamate???....I live in north jersey and boat is in conn...

the dreaded shift rod! I and BS both had ares go when we owned them, BS replaced his own and the guy i got my motor from fixed mine for short doe.

You need to remove the power head to get her done. The replacement will be stainless, so it will nevefr happen again when you are done.
