Reading that got me to start searching some more around the site about V-20 history...found this thread from 2008 that I had never seen before has some great history of earlier design thanks to the hard work of our resident attorney Nipper....

It still seems unclear to me how and when Alim and Wellcraft developed there molds....where they copied from the original Bertram design in the late 60's? Or was there some official design by Hunt given /sold to them. It seems that Hunt did at least for a while successfully defend his patent according to the case against Fibre.
