Hey Guys,
Yenson, thanks for the posting. Came home today after getting three painful stents put in. I was suposed to be knocked out, but was still partially awake..and raising hell through the whole ordeal. I go back in two weeks to fix some clogged arties in my legs as well.
Hoping to get out this summer for some diving, just need to get rid of a few bad habits that the doctors have warned me before about. Hoping to try it again.
Thanks again guys, miss all you guys alot.

Hammer and Lefty.

Sounds like good news...good to get it all taken care of sooner than later! My whole family has heart issues and if you are going to have something wrong with you thats the one you want....tons of advances in those types of procedures, as common place as getting your tonsils out.

Hope you recover quickly Hammer.

Our work often leads to an unhealthy lifestyle, but you can change that with a little will power. Once its changed, you feel so much better.

It's sad to say, I've only had ONE doughnut all year.

Glad they were able to fix yer up Hammer.

I look around and see guys who I thought were in good pretty good shape going to the hospital and I start to think that my crappy eating habits and stupid *** life style are going to catch up with me sooner or later so I too am cutting back and hopping on the treadmill now so here's wishing you the willpower to keep up the exercise and diet.

Hey HAMMY,
do as your doctors tell ya.

My dad had stints and bypass surgery,
he then changed his diet, took up dancing (he is out 5 out of 7 nights per week)
and he goes to the gym regular.
His doctor tells him I don't know what your doing,
but keep iy up, you are healthier now than you have beenn in a long time.
