Here is another set of nav lights, but LED, but unsure if they mount flat on the bow, or do they get mounted on the side of the boat like M.J. was talking about doing. Any help would be great. ;)

Looks like they could mount either way...wonder what ''durable material'' they're made of?... other than that, I like 'em ;) ...

Hammer I put the LED's on Old School, got them from West Marine I believe.
Plastic chrome looking housing. Same thing as those except they look like they would be brighter.
They worked great for me.

Yea but by time the shipping by kangaroo is factored in it will cost a mere 300 bucks ;D

It says that the shipping is $12.00 Aus, which would be about $10.00 US.

HAMMER, you gonna bid?
Listing still says one bid.

If you do, I won't.

There you go messing things up!!

1.I have been watching ;) ;D

2. Never Never Never put a bid 6 days before!!! Just shows all the other yahoo's someone is interested and bids the price up!!

Always wait to the very end! I have high speed and can put a bid in the last 10 seconds.

figure out what is the max you want to pay, then in the last 1 min or so put that bid, even if its $20 more just as long its the max you want to pay!!

Then all the others that are bidding will hit there button in that last min. The one in the end will win the bid, and if they did not bid over your max bid you will win!
But it will only go as high as the last bid, so even if you over bid $0 you might just have to pay extra $1 ??

You have to learn to play the game! ;)

These are interesting as well. Cant beat the price. Emailed the guy asking him if they were Coast Guard approved. I really dont think they are.

M.J., checked his feed back as well. Complaints about high shipping cost, but he has listed under his bidding like only $4.99 for shipping. Cant beat them for the price. What ya got in mind for them. You think there good enough for bow lights or you plan or doing something differnt. Request input at picking your brain.
Tell ME. ;D

No good for bow lights!! They are going to be great for under the gunnels, shine lights to the floor.
Light up the deck at night! Red light is pleanty to see by and will not ruin your night vision like a white light will do.

By what I read it looks like he will charge $4.99 shipping for each item, which is way to much!!
I am sure you can ship 4 of them for the onr $4.99!

well I sent him a email, see what he says?

I will stay with rope lights, but I have to run inverter for thwem so these would be better. :-/

He responded to my email and stated do not ever submerge the lights. Water resistant, but not water proof I guess.
