Welcome Dragn....your best bet is to watch ebay for them...or go to some marine salvage places or marine mechanic shops in your area...or find a 25 inch motor like yours that has a blown powerhead...you can usually get them for a couple hundred or so...

ive been alookn around. bigshrimpin told me where to find em new and ive priced a few other places and checked ebay and with the local salvage places here on the coast. just thought i would give this a try. i figured i would give all else a chance until tommorow and then bite the bullet and order it new. so far bay mf has given me the best price. thanks

Welcome to the site dragn,
Check in the links section, there are some good salvage companies listed there,
unless you want new,
there are new equipment links tere too.
I am surprised nobody picked up on the subject,
why would you need an extension kit if your shaft is already long?
Could make a lot of money in those x rated movies.
