In case I have not mentioned it,
a few weeks ago two snorkel divers ( Father and Son ) were run over by a boat in Culebra Island, I was there, really bad day.
The old man lost one leg, both got hurt bad.
The Captain of the boat, denied taking the hurt couple in his boat, even when everybody was screaming for help. Another boater took the guys to the local hospital.
Now the Captain says the divers did not have markings, so he never saw them.
Well, just remember that there are things floating in the water ALL THE TIME, maybe a person who has fallen from a moving boat. WE ALL must be aware of that and keep our eyes wide open and ahead of us 100% of the time for just in case. Whoevers fault it was, I could not ever sleep again if I hurt somebody with my boat, much less ride a boat again.
SO, please I beg ALL to remember this accident and learn from it.
And if you dive or snorkel, take a DIVERS marking with you, one for each diver, and drag it around ALL the time.
