Hey guys,

I just said goodbye to the dually. BCraigan, one of the newer guys of the forum, just left my place with her heading down to South Carolina.

Craigan has a great appreciation for V20's and just loves the crud out of the dually, so I'm sure he'll treat her well and use her often.

In the pics below, I'm red as a beet b/c it was over 90 degrees today and I was running around taking care of last minute details like installing new trailer lights :-)

Anyway, just thought I'd say the word. Bitter-sweet thing...

It was nice to meet another pastor from the V20 forum :-)

I know you're sad to see her go...but she does seem to be in good hands...

The consoles on that v look further forward than other Duallies I've seen...

I bet she'll FLY!!...

Are you planning to get another in the future?...

Thanks guys. Indeed, I'm very happy that Craigan is such a V20 enthusiast.

Reel, had there been a nice V20 center console available when I was shopping, I would have jumped on it. Instead, I found a sweet deal on a Hydrasport just like Ferm's. So, I don't think I'll be doing any boat shopping anytime soon. But you just never know.

The main reason I sold the dually was because I couldn't justify having two 20' boats in my driveway, especially two that weren't being used. This way, I should be able to fix my attention on the one boat now and should be able to splash her in the near future to salvage the remainder of the fishing season out here. We can fish up through late Fall out here...

RM, no worries about us preachers; we're the down to earth ones :-)

Way to go on the win-win BGA & BC! :sun:

If I could justify it I'd have a dually, CC and a cuddy. CC for summer ocean, dually for the lake, and cuddy for winter.

Had a great time up there with BGA and his family. We left at 2 a.m. and got home at 11 p.m. Made the trip in one day. Beautiful place up there! Look forward to getting up there again sometime. Thanks again for the great boat!

Craigan,

Glad you made it home safe and sound. You're hardcore buddy; that's some serious driving in one day!

Did she tow nicely for you?

Yeah not much trouble at all. One time had a big 18 wheeler come up behind us and it swayed a little bit but that is a nice trailer. We ended up coming through richmond va. on 95 and had not trouble at all. I am going to replace the springs on that trailer cause she was taking some bumps hard. It's interesting to see the dual beside my cuddy. The dual looks sooooooooo long with that bracket on the back. Can't wait to get her on the water.

It was a great day. Very tiring though. I have much respect for truck drivers after that because I could not do that every day.

I mentioned earlier that one looked like the consoles are further forward than the other duallies around here...are my old eyes playing tricks?... :head:

Good to keep her in the family.
