74 CC Floor Repair

Just noticed that we have several soft spots in the floor, one by the rear hatch and one on the port side in front of the console, so I did a search on CC floor repair and did not see any of the early ones with the tank in the console. Just the seat and tank and console and the entire floor is exposed. The boat had a Seacast transom professionally done 4 years ago just before we bought the boat. This is going to be a spring project. Anybody ever do a early CC?
The front spot is by the left hand front drain the rear just in front of the circular hatch.

No I haven't but, I have read of how it's done here somewhere. Seems that Wellcraft used little squares of plywood encased in fiberglass.

I'd cut the bad area out to over the supports and add new marine ply and glass it over.

I hava few soft spots too but, gonna leave'm be till I run outta other projects to take on.
