View Full Version : Crab meat, cream cheese & coctail sauce

I have no other way to describe it and my wife has no recall of where she got the recipe for this hors d'oeuvre (and you would think horse ovaries would be gnasty).

Cooked chilled crab meat.
Cream cheese.
Cocktail sauce.
Ritz crackers.

Plop the cream cheese on a plate, slightly mound the cream cheese, dump drained and chilled crab meat on top of cream cheese and lightly press into cream cheese mound, smear with a layer of cocktail sauce, serve with Ritz crackers.

Mrs blue made a crab spread the other day. Had some leftover to take on the boat last Saturday...slap yo mama good! Nice concoction Tsub. :party:
