We need to know the year model of your boat to answer your question...
...but whatever the capacity turns out to be, get one of these to mix your oil/gas...takes all the guesswork out of it and makes it EASY to do...I like easy...

You dont have to get it from West...lots of boat dealers carry them...disconnecting the auto-oil mixer was best thing you could have done IMHO...
Sorry...my old eyes missed the thumbnail pic in the corner...I'll have to do better...if your "V" is same model as in the pic, it'll have a 60 gall belly tank in her...

46 gal if it's the original tank. you will need to run the oil injection until the mix gas is in the complete system. best to run a trip out and run the oil injection and mixed fuel then disconnect once you get back. the double oil won't hurt it.

I thought it was 78 or 79 when they went to 60 in the cuddies, and 76 for the CC.

Before this thread, I was thinkin' 46 in '78 which was the 1st year they installed belly-tanks, then starting in 79, went to 60 gal belly tanks...
But anyway...that mixing bottle I posted above doesn't count on the volume of the tank...it tells you how much oil to add to the amount of gas you just pumped into the tank, no matter what size tank...it REELY makes oil mixin' EASY

but then I just filled the tank, after blowing the lower unit, but not knowing the full extent of the problem......I know......I know.....I'm stupid:head:

pull the floor cover off the tank, measure the tank and get your answer.

I pulled (2) tanks out of two different 79' V-20's and both were 60 gallons.
