I spun the prop on my '91 V-20 w/ a 200 Yammi. I haven't pulled the old prop yet and would like to pick up a "cheap" spare to throw on while I have the old one fixed. What size should I be looking for? The boat's on a lift for the week so I'd like to save the trip over just to pull the old one. Thanks Guys

I'm runnin' a 3 x 15 1/4 x 17 on mine, but don't know that'll work on your Yam...what is max RPM on that motor?...

Not sure of max rpms, all I can find in the manual is "full throttle operating range" 4500-5500. I guess I'll take a ride and pull the old one off.
Thanks

The only thing on the old prop is "19M" no other markings. I borrowed one to get me thru the week but it's got 1/8" - 1/4" of play on the shaft. Not sure if I should use it?

I would gues a 19 with that set up, even before you posted it had a 19M on it. If you can find a mercury Mirage plus 19 P, give it a try, A lot of people have good performance with eth Mirage on Yamaha props. If it has the late style replapceable hub, it should fit on your Yamaha using the yamaha hardware

Yeah, those Mirage props are great on deep V hulls...lotta PUSH!!...I tried a Mirage 15 1/2 x 17 on my Honda...perfect numbers, but was too heavy and caused a rattle in lower unit at idle...went to the 15 1/4 x 17 Power Tech, got same numbers, but no rattle...
