alaska bushwoods country recipe learned from resident local. when its very cold {most of the time} -15-45degrees, theyuse their fish supplies catch or you can buy halibut and take steaks and cut into 1'' sqs. when water is boiling add 1to2 teaspoons of sugar, place cubes in water, when they surface [4=5minutes] their done. tastes just like lobster. next is moose steaks, enjoy richard
