Hey Guys I haven't been here for awhile I've been workin' on my "84 step lift and I lost my home computer in a severe thunderstorm. Things are coming along well, all wiring has been replaced and inside painted. I was figuring out how to post pix when I lost my p.c.. I had a choice... new computer or boat parts.. BOAT won the toss:sly:. There was a thread someone posted about the top deck above the cuddy and how "spongy" it gets and what he did to remedy the situation, and I can't find it. Anybody recall that thread?

I remember that...was like a passing comment...hope they step up...I have just discovered softness in area of my bow deck and would like to hear that solution...

I'm thinking of a temporary fix, by installing a ''stiff-leg'' under that area of the deck...possibly a truss attached under the deck...not sure which, but shuddered when watching my nephew bouncing on that area couple of days ago...AAAAARRGGGHHH!!!

Yeap, that's what I was thinking reelapeelin' and I had the same thoughts when my daughter and her friend were under there. I thought maybe some foam wrapped around it stapled with monels and then white shrink wrap around the foam nice and neat, but, I really wanted to see what the other idea/fix was first.
