To bad about the lack of fish, but what better way to spend a day!!

The Bird is cool!! Years ago we were 25 miles off shore and a sparrow landed on are bow rail, The poor thing was beat! He stayed there 290 min at least then off in search of land!

Looks like a great day, even with no fish.

What's the saying - A bad day fishing beats a good day at work anytime.

Being a southern boy, I've gotta ask. Do you ever gig flounder up there or is it all rod and reel? BC (before child) we used to go down to the coast and gig flounder at night. Walk around in the shallows with a Coleman lantern and a gig. I think I like that better than trout or redfish. You see some strange stuff swimming around at night.
