This is a reall good example of why we need to run every lobbyist outta Washington...and personally I don't believe a program like that could be cobbled together in just a few short months...bet it was initiated under the prior administration in response to the piss-poor handling of Katrina's aftermath

Its not available in louisiana or even "comming soon." i doubt that it has anything to do with katrina. Dont get me started on katrina, i was living in algiers when it happened.

We have one here for my wife, give her 60 min a month for free, phone also free. If you need to go over the 60 min you buy a pre pay card from Trac Phone.
The 60 min rolls over each month, so you don't lose them, you have to reapply every year. Great deal!!
