Only thing worries me about that one... a POLITICIAN may have owned it or even ridden in it given it's locale... ;D ...
Naw, seriously, that'd make somebody a good starter OR splasher, just dependin' on wants ;) ...

Hey Hammer,
I plan on working on her a bit today. *Still have a couple of wiring issues to work out (lights...). *
I finally got the throttle and shifter cables installed along with my controller. *
I bought a used cowling in better condition than the one I had. *Looks nicer and actually has the correct decals on it--it says "counter-rotating" which is what the motor is...
I'm waiting for the UPS guy to bring me my NFB steering cable. *This is my third round with this cable. *First round I lost due to incorrect measurement. *Second round I lost because of impatience. *I hope to knock this thing out in the third round. *I so want to be done with the steering! *
I also hope to start the engine this week; hopefully today... *I still don't even know if the engine runs *:-/
Oh yeah, I also have to do some work on piecing out the Evinrude 185 and sea drive on the front lawn. My lady has been on me about the lawn ornament for a year now, so it's time to do something about it.

I like where they say it rides great in the bay in any condition. I'd like to see him take it out for a little ride around the bay today. In Va. the winds gusting to 40mph or more straight down the bay. It has to be 6 to 7 footers today.

There is a small city owned boat here in the Annapolis harbour named "Gerald W". This boat was named after a local politician, Gerald Winegrad, and provides service to the boats at the city owned moorings in the harbour. The service? ........ Pump out service!!! I thought it quite fitting that a boat load of s**t be named after a politician.
