What does the roe taste like? My boss says the crappie roe is best. I cleaned one 2 weeks ago and she was full. I chunked the roe. I'm a scaredy cat. :oh:

Stink, ROE ROCKS!!!!! Awsome post! You must have some Geechee in you somewhere down the line. I love any roe fried or smoked. Try mixing it in your hush puppy batter.
