I just posted in another old thread but it was in the classified section so i don't know that anyone will see it...
I need to replace the bottom fittings on my boat's bow rail, there are 6 fittings total, are the two fittings on either end of the rail 30* and the the 4 others all 60*?
And is the tubing 7/8"?
Thanks.

Tubing 7/8 yes, fittings not sure, but just take them off and go down and match them up you will be fine.
I pulled my rail off as there was no need for it and I thought it looked better any way. Easier to anchor also.

These things are a pain in the butt to replace, the two front ones are behind a fiberglass wall where the anchor rope resides. I can't think of anything to but cut the screw heads off with a dremel...

same here...drilled the tops off when I redid the rail on my Wellcraft bow rider...fortunately the new fittings had hole pattern different from original so it was no problem.
