I've spent a lot of time restoring this classic. Unfortunately, I now have to sell it.
Check it out and let me know what you think.

Where you been buddy? We sure would have liked to have had you on this forum all that time. :-/
Sorry you have to sell her off. She's super clean.
Hey, would you be willing to open up a gallery and post some pics of the restoration process? I know we would all love to see it.

Nice looking boat!! bYou did a great job!!
But I am not inclined to open a gallery for someone that is here just to sell there boat.
But stick around, boat or no boat for a while and we will see what we can do!! ;)

MJ, I was thinking the pictures of the restoration process could be informative to the list... But as the Moderator, you get to make the call...

the thing here is the bottom line!!
We are running low (not out) of bandwidth, and will have to get more soon, which cost more money!
So unless we are participating members I will refrain from new gallery's. I all ready have a few empties that newer people wanted and never used?
But you guys can 2nd guess me all you want ;)

Are the "Empties" retrievable?...or rename for someone legit?...is this why ya mentioned changin' from YABB?...

Yes emptys can be deleted or renamed. Just a pain to make them and then not having them used and stuff, any way this is the way it is for right now.

Terrim,
Sweet boat. I own an '82 and I never would have guessed yours is so close in age. My gas tank is located in the rear of the boat and yours apprears to be far forward. Did you replace the hatch to the rear of your gas tank and if so how did you do it? I would like to replace the small hatch in my deck that is forward of my tank.
Also what specific resorations have you done her?
thx
Bill

My 84 SEADRIVE has the tank way forward like that as well.

Full transom boats, I/O's and Seadrives, had the tank forward. Outboards had the tank rearward. Presumably this was done for weight distribution.

What did I do to restore this boat?
Replaced motor (100 hrs old)
New outdrive
New paint job
New interior
New trailer (23ft aluminum)
New gages
some electrical work
vinyl lettering
There is not much more you can do to a boat, but if I keep it I would replace the shifter.
