did wellcraft ever make a v- longer than the v-20 at 20 1/2 feet?

The V-20 is actually 20'6" in stock form.

They also made a V-23 for a year or 2 as well. DUSKY still makes the same basic steplift hull in the 203, and also have the 233 for a 23 footer of the V-20.
