Listen fellows I have a timeshare in Kissame Fla, 5 miles from entrance to all of the Parks. We are not going this year and had reserved it as a single bedroom for my sister and her son but they can't go due to an illness.
It is a luxury condo in Summer Bay Resort with incredible ammenities full kitchen your own pool and all kinds of recreation free on the grounds which are gorgeous.
I am going to put it on sale elsewhere but for any of you Snaggers who want it 300 for the week. Covers my fees and reservations etc. Equivalent luxury hotel with no where near the facilities in the area would be over a thousand.
If interested PM me for details

Thanks for the generous offer Willy, but I will not be able to use it because the kids will be in school then. Sounds like a really nice place.

Check out The Coconut Palm Inn in Tavernier FL. They have great rates in the summer. The owner is Kathy Lyons (Rudy's Daughter (yes, from the movie)).
Boat launch, Indoneasion styling, great fishing, etc. Guy Harvey just tried to buy the place, but was rude and they told him no. Check it out!
