My wife and I got a chance to go fishing this month together...........came home with a couple of black sea bass limits. Only kept the 13" or bigger and a few triggers. The other fish pics are of fish I have never caught before that day and can't identify. The "lizardfish" would probably go for $1000 a pound in an Asian market,,,,ha ha.

Well that one would be a lizardfish, a favorite grouper bait down here.

Next time I go I'll let you know, I usually fish solo but you are welcome to go. This time of year I think about fish when I'm in the deer stand and deer when I'm fishing.

Yeah I'm familiar with the triggers, one of my favorite fish to grill, but the lizard and the other one is new to me.

The other one looks like a very juvenile Black Drum, I've caught the Lizard Fish in the creeks here during the winter.

the lizard fish is a vital component of the venerable "Redneck Inshore Grand Slam". You would have to add a toad fish, pin fish, skate or ray, and preferably some type of undeterminable bottom growth to achieve this high standing accomplishemnt. Extra points are given if you hook yourself or your fishing partner in the process. Sorry, you are disqualified if you are determined to be sober
