This may not interest hardly any of you, but I thought it was neat how things can come about full circle.
The V I got, was my grandfathers bought new in 1975, it changed quite a few hands (even my fathers) before accidentally finding its way to me less than 3 years ago.
My father worked for a local auto dealership, one of the benefits was the occasional use of their parts delivery truck. He would on occasion use it to pull the boat to the ramp.
I bought the truck 11 years ago as a third vehicle, used it about 6 years. Well it had been sitting for about 5 years till this summer, I decided to try to sell it. I got no takers, put new tires on it , no takers, even painted it, you guessed it no takers.
Figured, might as well use it to pull the V to the ramp on occasion.
First time they have been together in over 21 years!!

 Nice. Probably could have filled'em both back then for what it cost to fill just the truck now.

Thanks guys.
Just got back (survived) a fruitless 5 day hunting trip on an island with the V and the truck even pulled it to the ramp and back.
