Looking for cushions

Looking for replacement cushions like these for my pedestal seats. I haven't been able to find an exact match. Anyone know where to look?

Can you get a name off the seat? Wise? Garelick? I am sure the pedestal, seat and cushion are the same company so that would get you down the right track?
