This has to be to good to be true!!

I have a question also, what about the install of these new/used motor? Don't they have to be tuned to your boat??

That is actually a bit high for a FICHT. The ETEC's didn't come out until late 05, 98-04 were still FICHTS. The 98-01's were the worst ones, and mid 02 BRP started buiding them. The first ETECS were simply the next step in the FICHT's, but they started calling them ETECS to break free of the FICHT stigma. FICHTS can be bought CHEAP, but from mid 02 back to 98 they wcould be VERY hit or miss.

like ferm said its a ficht. the easiest way to tell ficht from e-tec with the cover off is by the injectors. black = ficht , silver = e-tec
