i wouldnt say to blame the poor people even though they obviously were biting off more than they could chew. Ultimately its is the govt who obviously over the years cant run anything effetively

Shoot, it's people from all walks of life. I know people who you would think were rich by where they live, what hey drive, and how they spend but have payments on everything they own.
