OK, I did the Snopes thing.
Not quit a true comparison, just a pick and choose comparison.

Actually, he sounds a lot like John McCain.

I googled Teddy R. and I didn't find a thing about him being under investigation for abuse of power? Maybe they aren't so much alike after all?? :hide::hi::beer::bat::booty::nut::fight::you:

You know what Blue, if what you got to say about a woman running for office after sending over 60 thats right SIXTY private investigators to a small town to dig up whatever dirt you can get on a person and after all that you can say, yea, she may have been involved in a termination/dicinplinary action with a person connected to abuse of someone in her family which included TASERING A TEN YEAR OLD CHILD.
Thats right she may have been involved, funny thing is the democratic operatives have not told the news media the details, the left wing press in this country are not reporting it, just running with inuendo. And the people they interviewed for the case that actually did the investigation have said point blank there was no influence from her office at all.
Another little tid bit for you, just like most computer sites you cannot Soopes, or scoopes or snoopes or google or anything else and get the unbiased truth, every entitiy on the computer these days is plying there own little twist and phraseology to the facts to make it what they want to say. And how they want it to sound, just like that report down played the similarities in a quick bullet list but went into a four paragraph piece about how they are different.
Here is some info from the Willy's Life Observation Site
There are more valid comparisons between Gov. Palin and probably one of the five greatest presidents this country has had than any other president or presidential candidate I have seen in my life time.
And it is not about hunting, it is about attitude, morals, values, and a place America first and do the right thing mentality as opposed to say anything, lie to their faces do what ever you need to do to get elected then continue with your agenda attitude we have seen in washingtom for decades from both sides of the aisle.
Just like Teddy, she loves regular people and has no desire to live the high life of D.C
All jokes aside we need to put more people like Palin in office and get rid of the career Washingtonians we keep electing. It would be a better country no matter what your political leanings.

The investigation didn't suddenly pop up as a result of her becoming McCain's running mate.
I've always believed that where there's smoke there's fire and find this to be no exception.
You and I both know she fired Walt Monegan because he wouldn't fire her brother-in-law. Mis-handled budget? Baaaaa-logna!
Anyhow I'd rather see you be VP Willy.

Willy why don't you ever talk about the dirt diggers the pubs send out. As far as TR is concerned he was against big business.

both of you gents re-read that post - I specifically said the washatonians from both sides of the aisle, in comparison she is a breath of fresh air.
I have not commented on anything about the republicans for two reasons, that is not what was brought up in this post for one, second I am not a republican and do not consider myself anything but an conservative leaning independent American and have no mis-givings about that party being righteous either.
I do believe in people, in their God given right to be free, in the ability of these free men and women to rise up and create a good life for themselves and their families as long as government stays out of their way.
That is why I am voting for McCain, not because I am in love with him or the party he comes from but because I do not believe in big government and/or socialism which is in this election what we will be choosing between.

Willy "I do not believe in big government and/or socialism which is in this election what we will be choosing between."
I tend to agree with you on this Willy, well put.

Willy, its cool man. I respect and understand your opinion. All of my friends have different views than I when it comes to politics and we still co-exist peacefully. Just think how boring it would be if we all agreed. We wouldn't even have to hold elections and there wouldn't be much to talk about in this world.

He wasn't a RELIGIOUS ZEALOT either...believin' in God is one thing, but when people screw up and someone attributes it to "the will of God"...that's where I get off the boat...that thinking has no place in decisions to be made in governing a free and democratic country...
