After three trips to the salt for fluke and coming home with a couple of keepers or none lately I decided to hit the sweet water last night with my brother, fished to midnight, drank some beer, listened to some tunes on the radio and caught us a mess of rainbows to 23 inches, these shots are of half of them when I got home. Thinking about smoking them all whole today and feasting tonight.

If any of you guys got any fish smoking recipes to share fess them up, I have not smoked any fish for about three years and can't find my pre-smoke recipe to marinate them.

You should just use your bong.

Smoked them up and had a feast last night, fresh asparagus, tomatoes from my garden and some good German Riesling.
Very nice, wish you guys were here:beer:
